Rock TV is a division of Koopasonic owned by Robby Rockwell and King Koopa, who founded it in 1991. Its headquarters are in Dome City.

Rock TV's only product–designed, of course, by Stone Luigi–is a coin-operated television set made of stone. It has been the top-selling television in the non-Yoshi Island portions of Dinosaur World since its debut, but that's probably because it's also the only one available there. A Rock TV set costs only 10 coins, but you have to pay an additional coin for every minute you watch it.

Brooklyn Mario bought one once.

Because Rock TV's founders were too cheap to pay for the broadcasting rights for any existing shows, they created some of their own. These can only be legally watched on Rock TV.
